What is missing is a pointer to a data sheet which describes the exact part that you want (which isn’t “the yellow ones with measures of 15mm or 22mm.”) To make a Fritzing part we need the exact dimensions of the package, the size and spacing of the pins in pcb and the pin out, and what the circuit looks like (a capacitor, as in this case, is however obvious.) The data sheet normally contains all those things. Without that information nothing is going to happen.

yes, I read the wrong line in the data sheet (sorry about that!) I have replaced the part above with a corrected version. For learning to make parts (which is fairly difficult and not worth it unless you need a lot of parts!) these two tutorials apply to the current Fritzing version (many of the others are for older versions.) :
