I’m looking for the Weact Studio STM32H743 Dev Board part provided in this link
Insufficient information to do anything with. We would need a web site with the physical dimensions of the board (which the github site has) and the connector information (which doesn’t appear to be available in a quick search) to do anything about making a part. There doesn’t currently appear to be a part for this device.

Hello,
You can find in the same git repo all informations about the hardware components from the 3D model to the electrical design.
You’ll find all this data here: MiniSTM32H7xx/HDK at master · WeActStudio/MiniSTM32H7xx · GitHub

Read this thread to discover the types of information needed to make a Fritzing part.
If you want a part then you need to provide the necessary information (which does not appear to be present in what you have presented.) It would require a pinout diagram like this one (this is for an ESP32 board) to tell where the connectors are and what they are called. Making a part is already a lot of work (and this is a large and complex part.) It is up to you who wants the part to provide enough information to make it. As you will see that is the purpose of the template that has been added to this group although it currently is not working all that well (this being a good case in point.)
edit:
I should add that you are also welcome to make your own part (although it is no where near easy, and I would not recommend trying to start with this part!) Here are a couple of tutorials that describe how to make parts.
I lately learned there aren’t links to the videos in Old_Grey’s tutorial so you need to do a google search for the title and then they come up on YouTube.

Hello G0AMER,
when you created the request, a template was shown that clearly states the information marked with
is needed to create a part.
Can you explain why you did not use the template?
We want to improve it, so that is easy to understand, and to reduce the work it requires to create a part.
