While it is possible to make parts for these, it isn’t easy and not very practical (mostly because there are an infinite number of connectors.) Assuming you want to make a pc board (which is the only practical reason for making a new part for a connector) the job looks to be able to be done by the generic header like this:
first drag a generic header from core parts in to the sketch
and use the x y coords in Inspector to set how close the pads are to the edge of the board. Note this isn’t a right angle connector so it won’t appear as such in breadboard view, but it will with minimal effort do what I expect you want. If it doesn’t these two tutorials on parts making may help (although as noted successfully making parts is difficult!)
