If you post your Inkscape svg I can probably figure out what Fritzing is unhappy about and how to fix it. These two sets of tutorials apply to current versions of Fritzing (most of the others are pre parts editor, I don’t usually use parts editor but edit the underlying files directly):

Use 1080p HD fullscreen to see details clearly - use gear symbol bottom right -.

requested help to fix up a part. So while doing that I decided to record what I needed to do in order to fix the part to provide a tutorial to create new / fix broken parts.
