How to make a Fritzing part?

Hello everyone,
I want to create a custom part in Fritzing but I’m not quite sure how to go about it.
If anyone could provide a step-by-step guide or point me to some resources that could help, I would greatly appreciate it.

Making parts is a complex process and if you only need a small number of parts you are probably better to ask someone to make them for you. The place to start is a google search of the form “fritzing part part_name” (where part_name is the description or model number of what you want) which will find already existing parts. That said these two tutorials apply to current versions of Frtizing

I lately learned there aren’t links to the videos in Old_Grey’s tutorial so you need to do a google search for the title and then they come up on YouTube.
