I am trying to make this part and im having trouble because of some of the odd dimensions with grid sizing. the standard 0.1 pin spacing and 0.035 holes do not line up. Would changing the grid size .001 Work?
The usual method of making parts is to use an svg editor such as Inkscape. There you can specify the exact position of pads. These two tutorials cover current versions of Fritizing.
