There are several in core parts (enter usb A in the parts search bar) and more in a google search of the form “fritzing part usb a connector”

I see parts in frizing but I do see mostly smd ones and not through hole ones

Then you are not looking closely enough. There are tht parts in core parts as well as in the suggested google search. There are a number in the Sparkfun bin for instance.

i have seen this one but this is not the one i have. mine has 4 pins; the one you outlined has more.

Then you likely need a custom part (if none in the google search match what you want) in which case you would need to provide a web site with the physical dimensions of the part you have.

I just thought with those connectors being faily popular and with breakout board available for them online someone would [ublish the part for this particular one. Do not have experience with creating new parts. I would give it a go
