hello dos somebody here have a fzbz file of a to-3 NPN darlington transistor

This should do what you need. You need to check the base/emitter pins are in the correct order though. I assumed that the data sheet was view from the bottom and thus inverted the base and emitter pins in this part (which is viewed from the top) and that may not be correct.
