Request for the ESP32-S3 variant of the LILYGO T-ETH-Lite

I believe the only differences from that version should be a new image for the top side, and a different pinout.

That said this part should do what you want. Note the mounting holes are not drilled in pcb by default they are only present on silkscreen so if you don’t want them you don’t have to modify the part. You need to drag a hole from core parts pcb in to your sketch and position it over the hole in silkscreen then set the hole size appropriately.
The POE pads in pcb are under sized to allow you to route default 24mil traces between pads to connect to the inner set (although I would guess you will use the POE daughter card instead)
