I have attached a photo of the type of inverter I am using for reference, but again, a simplified rectangular block with the dimensions above is perfect.
A google search of the form “fritzing part inverter” indicates the one in this post may do what you want (of at least as close as anything that currently exists.)
I checked the part you mentioned, and while it works electrically, the physical dimensions in the Breadboard view are extremely large compared to the rest of my components. This makes my diagram look disproportionate and hard to read.
Since Fritzing does not allow resizing parts directly in the editor, I am unable to scale it down to fit my design.
Could you (or anyone willing to help) please modify it or create a simple custom block with the specific dimensions I requested (120mm x 100mm)?
Since this is for my Engineering Thesis documentation, having the correct visual scale is very important to me. A simple rectangular block with those dimensions and the 4 pins would be perfect.
The original part is the size of the actual inverter (which may be larger than you want.) This part which doesn’t have pcb view (as it is not useful) should do what you want.
