Need part - MOSFET Trigger Switch Drive Module

Does anyone have a part for fritzing similar to this? Amazon calls it a “MOSFET Trigger Switch Drive Module.” I am using it to drive the weapon motor in my battle bot. Anything close would be appreciated.

A google search for “fritzing part MOSFET Trigger Switch Drive Module” turns up this part which may do:

there doesn’t appear to be anything closer.
