I don’t have any experience on constructing on Fritzing, and I’m currently using the ADXL335 but want to use ADXL354CEZ for sensing vibration. If anyone can create one for me on Fritzing that would be awesome.

This part should do what you want. Before ordering boards print the footprint out at 1:1 scale (the default) and check it against a real part.
