There is no connection on any of the PIs for the camera. In the diagram above a wire was run from the camera module to the middle of the camera connector (which because it is not a connection will not appear in schematic of pcb.)

The one in this post is likely as close as you are going to come. As noted there are no connectors for the camera in the PI parts so a part isn’t all that useful.
