What is this file supposed to contain?
I doubt Asus is using Fritzing for their VM40B mini PC. It also doesn’t appear very hackable.
.fz is used for unpacked Fritzing sketches. You can open them.
They are just not “portable”, opening on a different PC might fail due to missing dependencies. It will still succeed if the project only uses core parts, and preferably also the same Fritzing version.
However, in general, .fz files from random sources usually can not be opened, simply because they are not real Fritzing files, they just have the same file suffix. If someone publishes a Fritzing sketch, they would always use the .fzp format. Only valid exception I can think of is for development purpose, e.g. to debug Fritzing.
