For me on Fritzing 1.0.5 the file loads fine (after a complaint that the file lacks a frizing version number.)
Clicking OK loads the part just fine. That suggests you have a part in your mine (or ofther) parts bin with the same moduleId (either the same part or another one with an identical moduleId) which is indeed illegal and will cause the part to not be loaded. That means you either need to change the moduleId of the part you want to load (which is not easy if you are unfamiliar with making parts) or remove the part with the conflicting moduleId from which ever part bin it is in. The place to start is do a parts search for ky-015 like this (in this case it finds it in the mine parts bin because I loaded it.)
If you have a ky-15 with the same moduleId this should find it, it won’t find it if there is another part with the same moduleId though. Although it is unclear to me what the KY-015 has to do with anything, it does not appear to be in core parts so deleting it from which ever bin (likely the mine parts bin) then shutting down Fritzing answering yes to both save parts and save parts bin to really delete the part should fix this. Just deleting the part without shutting down will not fix the problem.

ok, solved problem already component.
How to find component:
You would need to explain what this means, as nothing comes up for me when I search either of those parts:
and I don’t see any connection to them and the ky-015. Screen shots of what you see when you do whatever you are doing would be useful I expect.Note my mine parts bin is empty here, this is only a clean copy pf Fritzing 1.0.5 with only core parts present.

What does “Show Details” or “Mostra dettagli…” show?
Did you try to copy the error to the clipboard to post it here?
I am wondering if I perhaps misunderstood your reply, I am thinking that you are saying you have found the problem that caused the error (likely an identical part already in the parts bin) and fixed that and are now asking how to find the display 16x20 LCD i2c and Arduino UNO R4 WIFI for Fritzing. If this is the request then this should work: a google search of the form “fritzing part 16x20 display LCD i2c” turns up this post which point to the post with the requested part (and is in general the best way to find parts.)
similarly a search for “fritzing part Arduino UNO R4 WIFI” turns up this post which should be what you want.

thanks, solved problem.
