IC 7447 and IC74192 help me
There is a 7447 (looks to be made from a generic IC) here:

the part is will be in the temp parts bin when you load the .fzz file in to Fritzing. If you right click on it and select export part it will write the part to a external .fzpz file. It doesn’t look like there is a 74192 available. You would need to drag a generic IC in to the sketch, set it from 8pins to 16 pins in Inspector and then edit the pin labels to add the pin names to make a new part.
