hi someone has a part about the ci 74hc190 and 7447
i need it to a little work, and i dont found it in the parts

There doesn’t appear to be a 74hc190 anywhere, the 7447 is available here:

(found by a google search for “fritzing part 7447”.) As with the 7447 you can create your own 74hc190 by using a generic IC and changing the pin labels though.

The generic IC isn’t making a part. It involves editing the pin labels in Inspector. There are posts here in the forum on how to do that. A search in the forum should find them.
