I’m using somone’s Fritzing schematic as an example for my work but I can’t find this part anywhere, at least not by searching within Fritzing or on this forum.
Could someone please point me to this part, or at least a similar one I can use in my Fritzing schematics?
@satriabaja Fill up the template (which you’ve ignored)
Have you done a **Google Search** of the part
>fritzing part [part name]
>e.g. fritzing part l298n driver module
[ ] Yes, not found
[X] No/Unread (we *may* ignore this part request if ticked)
**Name of the part**
Name
**Similar work/own work**
In case there are similar Fritzing parts, or you already started work, please link/upload it here:
**[High-resolution top view, flat image]()**
This picture shows the part from above, so that is easy to see where connectors should go, and which diameter they have.
Photo or vector graphic, no links here, please.
**[Datasheet/Website]()**
Please, please **add a link** to the PDF of the manufacturer’s datasheet/the website where the part was taken from (**must** have **[connector information, name]()**, and **[part dimensions]()**)
**Footprint (optional)**
E.g. SOT23-5, TO-220.
This usually does not apply to breakout boards.
(required fields [coloured in red 🟥]())
Please **[DO NOT]() just give images/descriptions**. If you do not fill in required fields, we might not entertain this part request
Copy this code, fill it up and post
Edit:
As well the part you are using above is BAD (quite bad – the person who created that doen’t even know how to!)
Since Fritzing doesn’t care what voltage the power supply is it isn’t worth making a new part for one of a different voltage. There are an infinite number of parts, we can’t have all of them so generic parts are the rule.
