This is only the pcb svg. To make an fzpz file you need the .fzp file plus a breadboard, schematic and pcb svg file. Since this looks to be a SMD 8pin dip footprint of some kind you should start from a 8 pin generic IC with the package set to smd than substitute your pcb svg for the current pcb svg. Your svg is however incorrect in that the longer pads (which I assume you added) are not correctly labeled. They should be connector0pad through connector7pad (and the current connector0-7pads and the copper0 group deleted.) You may want to look at this tutorial on making parts.

Someone in this forum post requested help to fix up a part. So while doing that I decided to record what I needed to do in order to fix the part to provide a tutorial to create new / fix broken parts.
