Adding own editted part to origianal drawings

i need the part LM2576T-5 so i just took a random regulator and edited it.
but only the data will change.
the schematic icon will stay the same.
also i cant import the part that i editted on my original drawings.

You likely need to use Inkscape to modify the svg files for your new part. These tutorials may help.
