Sorry for the late reply, it has been a busy week. Unfortunately not a good one. You need to run DRC (routing->Design Rules Check) which has a number of complaints which will make this not work. If you click on a line in the DRC report it will tell you what it doesn’t like.
In this case the pads on the resistor and the LED are overlapping which DRC objects to. In this case because they are the same net it would work. This one won’t. The top layer trace is shorting a different net which means the board won’t work.
It is best practice to route pcb horizontally and vertically with a change from horizontal to vertical at 45 degrees (which is good for EMI suppression.) You would be well advised to obey that rule.
