Unfortunately I have not found anything close, there is a python script for making THT resistor arrays but this is not overly helpful

This part should do what you want. It looks to be a standard SO8 package so that is what I used (so print out the pcb footprint at the default 1:1 scale and compare it to a real part before ordering boards!)
