Windows 10 0.9.4 (64) will not launch

Steps I took that resulted in the problem:

  1. Unpacked fritzing 0.94.4.64.pc into Program Files
  2. Launched Fritzing.exe
  3. Got error message: “This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.”

What I expected should have happened instead:

The application should start

My version of Fritzing and my operating system:

0.94.4.64.pc, Windows 10 Pro 1903 build 18362.720

I know zero about Qt, but looking around seems to me that there should be a “platforms” directory that includes qwindows.dll - I have no such subdirectory? Seems that the Windows uncompression didn’t work properly or something…I have re-unpacked it and everything looks to be there…and the program launches

Anti virus blocking what it thinks is a virus is the usual cause of this (don’'t know if it was in this case though.)
