There is a doted line in the schematic which supposed to be a short.
I don’t understand where, especially that capacitor is outside the board.
Just don’t get the Fritzing logic yet.

Your breadboard connections are incorrect.
Here clicking on a pin lights all connections in yellow. Switching to schematic we see it is incorrect.
deleting the wire to the base of the transistor shows (via the rats nest lines) how the connection should go.
Which is undoubtedly not how you wanted them to go. However connections (including incorrect connections!) in schematic will reflect back in to breadboard and thus correcting breadboard should fix your problem.
