Has anyone created the e-paper display from WeACT Studio yet?

This part should do what you want. Pcb is set up to accept an IDC type connection from the display to the pcb. As usual mounting holes are only on silkscreen (not drilled) if you want them you need to drag a hole in the the sketch and set its size appropriately.
