The datasheet for the sensor isn’t what is needed. The website that describes the module, its physical dimensions and connections is what is required to make a part (and isn’t present.) A web site like this is required (although it is still somewhat incomplete.)

This part should do what you want. Pcb is likely not useful, but is present. The 4 connectors on the left are implemented as pads beyond the end of the right angle header so you could solder wires in to them if you wished. The mounting holes are only on silkscreen and won’t be drilled by default. If you want them you need to drag a hole in to the sketch from core parts/pcb->hole and set the size appropriately.
