Can you help creating the part. all information are here:

This part should do what you want. Note the mounting holes in pcb are not drilled by default. If you want the mounting holes drilled you need to drag the core parts→pcb→hole part in to the sketch place it over the hole in silkscreen then set the appropriate hole size in Inspector.
