Waveshare 7.3in ACeP 7-Color ePaper (with Hat) Part

Does any one have this part?:

7.3inch ACeP 7 Color e-Paper Display with attached Hat?

It would be nice to have not just the Hat but also the display too.

There is a similar hat from waveshare that has been made but doesn’t include the connected display
