There isn’t much to make a part from this. It has no connections that will appear in Fritzing. You can make as much of a part as is possible by importing an image in to breadboard like this:

As noted it won’t connect to anything because the USB connectors in Fritzing have no connections but it will give a visual represent ion of the device.
