This part may do what you want. The datasheet does not specify top view or bottom view so I assumed top view, if it is bottom view the connections will be incorrect. The mounting hole is only on silkscreen. If you want a mounting hole you need to drag in the core parts→pcb→hole part position it over the hole in silkscreen and then set the size appropriately to drill the hole.
