UI: Make the right mouse button pan

Hi Fritzing team, great work!
but you can improve mouse-button handling in the UI:
hold down left button - mark parts via window, thats implemented
hold down right button - pan the view.
i’m really missing a mouse-based pan-view function!

Thanks, good idea! Too many Mac users over here, I guess… Note that you can also hold the spacebar while dragging with the left mouse button in order to pan.
