Does anybody know where I can find a part for the TSOP38238 IR receiver diode? I can find for TSOP312xx and TSOP314xx, but have not been able to find for this specific diode. Thanks in advance!

There doesn’t appear to be such a part. Your best bet would be to use one of the existing parts and change its part number.
