I am trying to create a part which is a prototype board. I have been trying to follow https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/make-your-own-fritzing-parts but struggling. I am also a beginner at Inkscape. I started by running ULP in Eagle to create the SVG files. I changed all the green pads to gold and deleted the Eagle routing ( Blue & Red lines ).With the pcb svg I grouped all the pads and named the object copper1 ( having looked at some existing parts ) But when it displays the the pads have grown to touch each other. I think in the exported SVG they start as a green circle with a smaller white circle inside.
I am also worrying about how these pads get connected as per the original PCB
