When I go to the Account page, to change my Email, I get the following display:

Email can be updated from authentication provider. Never shown to the public.
WHO is this “authentication provider” and how do I get them to change my Email?

the email address in the forum is always the same as the one used to register on fritzing.org.
Since your account looks anonymous, you could also just open a new account with the new email address. If you really want to change it, please request at fritzing.org/contact .
