This part should do what you want. For future reference the data sheet for the chip is not useful. A web site where the board is available and with the information on connectors and physical size like this one is what is required

In any case here is a part. A few cautions. The mounting holes in pcb are not drilled by default (they are only on silkscreen.) If you wan them drilled you need to drag a hole part in from core parts->pcb, place it over the hole in silkscreen and set the correct size of the hole. Before using pcb to order boards print the footprint out at 1:1 scale (the default) and compare it to a real board. The pin positioning and size is not specified and was taken from an image and may be incorrect. They are set for 0.1in headers which may not be what the board intends.
