Please, Help me.
I want to make real time clock with TM74HC595 display. I found only real time clock with TM1637 LED display.
The 74hc595 is a shift register not a real time clock. That said, typing 74hc595 in to the search box (the magnifying glass in the parts bin) turns up 4 varieties of the chip (a 74hc595 is identical to a TM74HC595). You would need to add a clock source and likely divider chips to make it in to a real time clock though. It would be easier to use one of the rtc chips or modules that a search for rtc turns up unless there is a reason that you want to use a shift register (and I can’t think of a reason to use a shift register in an rtc).
