I need a component that can connect several cables for the ground wire. Is there a component similar to the one I’ve sent? I’ll probably need between 1 and 10 ports to keep the cables neat when installed.

Yes there are some of these. Search for “wago” in the forum search bar (or in a google search of the form “fritzing part wago”) and they should come up.
