I was wondering if someone could help me make a pcb mount audio jack part.
Its for the Switchcraft 42ax.
I think the pads need 1/8"=3.5mm hole?

This should do what you want. As always before ordering boards print the footprint out at 1:1 scale and compare it to a real part (in this case I would advise drilling the holes from the footprint in a piece of wood or metal and inserting the part to see how it fits!) Note Tip and Shunt may be backwards, I am assuming the right image (which shows the pin out) is from the bottom. If it is from the top (which it doesn’t specify) Shunt and Tip will be reversed. The hole size is set to around 3.5mm which should leave some space around the pins (you seem to be aware Fritzing can’t do slots 
) so there will be some slop but it should hopefully work OK.
