Hey, does anyone has a library for this module or something similar?
I just need a 5v solar charger module so that I can connect my 18650 lithium battery, solar panel and arduino to it.

This part should do what you want. Note pcb is probably not quite right as it was made from a jpg image. Print out the footprint at 1:1 scale and compare it to a real part to check the footprint. As well this web site has a schematic for this board (quite rare!)
