The analog and digital pins are reversed. Could you update the part please (I could do it, but then there would be two parts different parts and you replacing the original will be better!)
Your part has DO AO rather than AO DO as it should be in breadboard and schematic.

Schematic is still wrong.
and it is preferable to replace the original part (with an edit saying you have done so) in the original post so there is only a correct version in the forum rather than an incorrect one followed by a correct one.
