Hello I need to convert an existing pcb using an ATTINY85 PDIP , I need to convert it to ATTINY85 SOIJ Package. I’m unable to find the SOIJ package under packages for generic IC, the variants are SO-8 and SO-8(w). Which one I should use? Or can everyone help me to get the right footprint?

I assume you mean the SOJ package? This also comes in narrow and wide packages (300mil and 400mil), which should it be?
Edit: I see, Microchip is indeed listing it as SOIJ
On the ATTiny85 nothing surprises me anymore. This year I got unexpectedly a delivery in the wide SOIC body.
Do you have a datasheet, ideally showing the recommended land pattern?
A quick look found the SOJ I version on RS but their datasheet link is forthe ATTiny25 in a 20-pad, 4 x 4 x 0.8 mm Body, Quad Flat No-Lead/Micro Lead Frame Package (QFN/MLF) and therefore of no use.
