Sofware for students. Free or buy just once?

Hi, I’m a teacher and I want to use Fritzing for my students to draw their Microbit-designs. Is there a free version or is it possible to buy for 8 euro and install it on multiple (about 30) laptops? If I have to buy it 30 times, my school won’t let me do this.

Hello,
You will get the binary file. No information linked to the computer (MAC address…) will be asked. So yes, you’ll be able to install it on as many PCs as you want. The licence used is GPL v3.

If you work under Linux, many distributions provide (freely) the 0.9.3 version (I use Linux Mint). So far, I did not see any difference between 0.9.3 and 0.9.6.

Good luck!
