The pcb footprint (which is present in your image) is what this refers to. This part should do what you want.

Before ordering boards print the pcb footprint out at 1:1 scale and check it against a real part. The dimensions in your image (which is what I used) don’t match those of the data sheet from someone that manufactures the joy stick and thus aliexpress may have it wrong (or not!) so only checking with a real part will tell you. As well the switch connections may be reversed as the image does not specify where the shorted pins are on the switch.
