This should do what you want. I see there appears to be an older board with a different pinout on the 16 pin header in some of their documentation, so you may need to check this matches the board you have. If you are using pcb view to make a board if you want mounting holes you need to drag a hole from core parts/pcb/hole over the holes in pcb (which are only on silkscreen and will not be drilled.) As well the jumpers don’t appear in pcb view.
