Indeed it says

Error: Brak połączenia z serwerem MySQL

when I try and download it. Your best bet would be to contact the site (there seems to be a contact tab on the web page (although the email address looks odd and may need modifying to work.) There don’t appear to be any other Fritzing parts for this module and the ones pictured look to be good quality so getting access to them would be your best bet. I could make a part but it is a fair amount of work and I dislike remaking parts someone has already made.
