A google search of the form “fritzing part mq135” turns up this previous question in the forums:
which in turn indicates there is a part here:
https://fritzing.org/projects/personal-weather-station
in the temp parts bin of the .fzz file. Exporting the part from the temp parts bin will recover the part.
