This part should do what you want.

several notes though. Before ordering boards print the pcb footprint out at 1:1 scale and compare it to a real chip to male sure it is correct. For DRC to work you will need to set a custom rule
and set the keepout from 0.01in to 0.007in then set the grid size to 0.2mm
with those set DRC will pass with sufficient care in routing (and 8mil traces!)
