Rotating a complete layout [Solved]

At this moment I am redesigning an existing PCB layout and want to rotate it by 90 degrees.
At first I thought this is a piece of cake : select everything then execute the rotate command.
But I find this impossible to do. Is there a way I can do this?

Select the PCB, tick Sticky in inspector, and use rotate command.
