RGB-LED MOSFET Circuitry Help

i need help in bulding this small circuit the truth is i cant read schematics(yet) so can anyone that can read this help me?

  • 3 × P-channel logic-level MOSFETs (examples: IRLML6402, SI2301P, AOZ8807P, etc.)
  • 3 × 220 Ω resistors (in series with the LED channels)
  • 3 × 100 Ω resistors (in series with MOSFET gates – optional but recommended)
  • 3 × 10 kΩ pull-up resistors (each gate pulled up to +5 V)
  • LED common cathode → GND
  • +5V (Pololu / Arduino 5V)
