Resistor vertically mounted?

Hi there, when I have to place a resistor with the two connections very close to each other, I sometimes mount it vertically, e.g. when putting a feedback resistor on an DIL op amp.

Is there a way to do this in Fritzing? Or generally have some flexibility for the bridging length of components?

Search for parts marked “top view” in the forums. They are optimized for perf board use and include vertical resistors. In general a google search of the form “fritzing part part-number” (where part-number is the part you want) will find anything avialable.
